Between 1988 and 1995, the European Steel Design Education Programme (ESDEP) produced a wide-ranging set of teaching material with the objective of advising teachers and students in the best practice in steel construction, informing them of the background to EC3 and EC4 and giving steel construction a modern, up-to-date image.
